Stephen Merola, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery at Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå°æ. He is also Attending Surgeon, Vice Chair for Patient Safety and Quality, and Chief of General, Minimally Invasive, and Bariatric Surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens.

After earning his medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Dr. Merola completed his internship and residency at New York University Medical Center. He then completed his fellowship in minimally invasive robotic and bariatric surgery at Hackensack University Medical Center.
